Welcome to Yoga For Emotional Support Workshop
For years, mental health has been approached from the mind, however, studies have been increasingly showing that it's our bodies that store our memories and experiences.
Learning how to not only listen to your body but also express through your body is one of the most powerful tools you can have as you walk through life.
It is within this 1.5 hour workshop that you will learn how our minds and bodies react and respond to painful events and memories. We will then begin to gently learn how to inhabit our bodies through yoga poses, breath and mindfulness.
